DCF & DCT CARBON STEEL DUPLEX STRAINERS

OVERVIEW: The Model DCF and the Model DCT are cast carbon steel body duplex strainers with flanged and thread ends respectively. They are for use in continuous flow applications to avoid shutting down the system for cleaning. Simply moving the handle to the right or left will divert flow to chamber under the handle, which allows for cleaning the basket not in use.

This duplex is designed with two stainless steel balls that efficiently divert the pipeline flow from one basket chamber to the other. PTFE seats ensure a positive seal and help to prevent seepage into the chamber that is being cleaned.

The low torque handle is easy to operate. And there are no special tools required to access and remove the straining element, which can be any configuration of perforation or mesh lining.

Non-shock Working pressure is 200psi @ 150F for the Buna-N seal, 400F for Viton seal. Standard screen 1/16" (.0625), 41% Open Area. Not recommented for steam.
