TEFLINE-M PTFE LINED METAL BUTTERFLY VALVE

OVERVIEW: Stayflow Tefline-M Series PTFE Lined Metal Butterfly Valves are custom manufactured. This advanced technology PTFE Lined epoxy coated metal body valve is specially designed for applications requiring high purity and maximum chemical resistance. DESIGN: The Tefline M Series valve disc has a minimum 1/8" thickness pf virgin PTFE encapsulated over 316 stainless steel disc. The high strength, square drive ensures a positive shaft to disc connection. No pins or bolts are exposed to flow. Accurate and smooth machined profile of the SS disc edge requires minimal deformation of the resilient PTFE liner to achieve a positive seal. The low deformation results in low torque, less wear of the seat liner and increased operational life. The Tefline-M Valves are bidirectionally Bubble Tight.

Lever Operators available in sizes 2" to 6", with Gear Operators available from 2" to 12". Actuator Operators available 2" to 24".
