The Stayflow BAF Series basket strainers are constructed entirely of aluminum bronze, offering outstanding corrosion resistance in seawater, brine, and aggressive industrial applications. These flanged, simplex-style strainers feature a bolted cover and a 304 stainless steel basket (with 316 optional), making them ideal for marine, offshore, and chemical systems.
The BAF strainers are rated for 275psi at 100°F and are available in sizes 2" to 24", with ANSI 150# or 300# flanged ends. The aluminum bronze body minimizes galvanic corrosion in saltwater environments and resists dezincification. Standard baskets come with 1/16" perforation, with options for 1/32", 1/8", and mesh.
