The Stayflow BCF Series (models BCF1, BCF2, BCF3) are heavy-duty carbon steel basket strainers designed for high-performance liquid service. These strainers protect pumps, valves, and downstream equipment by removing solids from the flow, with a simplex design and bolted cover for dependable sealing.
The carbon steel body performs exceptionally well in high temperatures, up to 800F in continuous service. It provides high resistance to shock, vibration, piping strains, and fire and freezing hazards.
Each BCF model is designed for higher pressures—up to 600psi—and is ideal for a range of industrial, oil & gas, and process system applications. They are available in sizes 2" to 24", and come standard with 150# or 300# ANSI flanged ends, depending on model. A 304 stainless steel basket with 1/16" perforation is standard, with other screen options available.
