The Stayflow BSF Series (models BSF1, BSF2, BSF3) are flanged basket strainers constructed entirely of stainless steel, making them ideal for corrosive, sanitary, and high-purity liquid service. These simplex-style strainers feature a bolted cover and removable 304 stainless steel basket to protect downstream components from debris and contaminants.

The stainless steel body performs exceptionally well in high temperatures, up to 800F in continuous service. It provides high resistance to shock, vibration, piping strains, and fire and freezing hazards. Stainless steel strainers are often used in the oil and petrochemical industries.

Designed for strength and durability, these strainers are rated up to 600psi depending on model and flange class. Sizes range from 2" to 24", and flanges are ANSI 150# or 300# depending on pressure rating. Standard baskets have 1/16" perforation, with options for 1/32", 1/8", and mesh.

  • All stainless steel body, cover, and basket • Blow-off drain with plug for basket cleaning
  • Models BSF1 (150#), BSF2 (300#), and BSF3 (600#) • Basket screen options: 1/32", 1/16", 1/8", or mesh
  • 304 stainless steel basket standard (316 optional) • Rugged simplex design for shut-down maintenance
  • Pressure ratings up to 600psi • Pressure loss is minimized by providing an over the top flow path and large open area ratio.
