OVERVIEW: The Model YDG is a rugged, epoxy painted ductile iron Y strainer that has grooved ends for quick installation in piping systems. It is UL Listed and is Lead Free. All units come standard with epoxy paint, but it is also offered with epoxy coating as an option that is NSF/ASME, and FDA approved epoxy coatings which make this product suitable for potable water and food contact applications. Self-cleaning with a tapped NPT blow-off connecion.
It is provided in 2" to 12" diameters.
