YIFN FLANGED NSF Y STRAINERS

OVERVIEW:  The Model YIFN is a ductile‑iron, flat‑face Class 150 Y (wye) strainer certified to NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 for potable‑water service. Available in 2"–12" diameters, it safeguards pumps, meters, valves, and instrumentation in municipal and commercial water systems by intercepting debris before it can foul downstream equipment. The heavy‑wall ASTM A536 65‑45‑12 body is factory‑coated inside and out with a high‑build white epoxy for superior corrosion resistance and immediate identification as potable‑water equipment. Rated 250 psi WOG @ 100 °F and hydro‑tested to 300 psi, the YIFN combines rugged construction with low pressure loss and easy maintenance. Options include fine‑mesh or non‑NSF screens, factory‑installed blow‑down valves, gauge‑tap bosses, and PN16 drilling.

Stayflow’s new YIFN extends our proven Y‑strainer line into certified potable‑water applications—delivering reliable protection where water quality and public health standards are paramount.

FEATURES
