TCF CAST TEE STRAINERS

OVERVIEW:  Stayflow’s TCF (carbon steel) and TSF (stainless steel) Tee strainers (T strainers) bring rugged cast‑body economy to large‑diameter straining applications. Cast from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel or ASTM A351 CF8M stainless, the RF Class 150 design covers 2"–24" sizes with face‑to‑face dimensions from 8 in. to 42 in. Working‑pressure ratings are 285 psi WOG @ 100 °F for carbon steel and 275 psi WOG @ 100 °F for stainless.

Because the bodies are one‑piece castings, the TCF/TSF Tee Strainer line is less versatile than fabricated Tee strainers (no custom orientations or quick‑opening covers), but significantly more economical and available on shorter lead‑times—ideal when standard Class 150 construction meets project needs.

• Blow‑off port with NPT plug enables in‑line cleaning or drain‑valve installation.
• Corrosion protection choices: primer‑and‑paint finish on TCF; natural or electropolished finish on TSF.

OPTIONS: Alternate screen meshes, higher‑alloy baskets (316 SS, Monel), differential‑pressure taps, drain valves, NACE compliance, Class 300 drilling.
