The YSD is NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 compliant, making it safe for potable water applications. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with precision-machined copper ends, the strainer allows for easy soldering without compromising the integrity of the stainless body. The 304 SS perforated screen offers a generous open-area ratio, minimizing pressure drop and extending service intervals. A threaded cap provides easy access for maintenance, and a tapped blow-off port is included for inline cleaning if needed.
